01 Background

During low-interest periods, clients look for successful investment techniques from brokerage firms. However, they often depend on brokers lacking precise guidelines.
Securities companies give comprehensive information, covering CMA details, profit, and risk management. Even after making investment decisions, people depend on the company for stable operations and finding new high-yield opportunities.

However, many stock investors cannot visit the brokerage company every single time they have issues. And of course, you are not allowed to send personal information over email or mail.
Therefore, we introduced a remote control solution that allows sharing data with customers at a convenient time.

02 Usage

Asset management services involve various options. For example, stocks, futures options, beneficiary certificates, bonds/ELS, and trusts. Explaining complex terms over the phone is very challenging. Often, a schematic table is necessary for customers to easily understand stock trends and the required risk management. However, the restriction on sharing such information via email or mail adds further issues.

In response, H Investment & Securities installed RemoteView on customers’ mobile phones. It allowed remote access to share asset manager data on the screen, helping useful consulting services.

03 Results

Historically, financial institutions blocked data exports for security. Additionally, systems blocked data to prevent leaks, disturbing customers who couldn’t access investment details without visiting the securities company in person.

However, after introducing RemoteView, customers were able to view various information. Such as individual investment direction, risk management, and future investment, through screen sharing at any time.
From the company’s view, access through remote control and real-time monitoring of all consulting processes allowed them to remove the possibility of sensitive information leakage in advance and maintain security.
