In some cases, the verification email is classified as a spam and skips the inbox. Email is sent from ‘email@example.com’, the sender’s name is ‘RemoteView’ and the subject is ‘[Remoteview] email address verification’.
Check firewall and domain blocks.
Mail sent from @rsupport.com may be filtered and deleted from your mail server. If it has been filtered, turn the filter off and try resending the request again.
